Who handles your data?

Your table request

The form collects your name, email address, preferred date and number of guests. Your phone number, preferred time and message are optional. This information is used to reply and arrange your visit, on the basis of steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Your details are sent to the bar by email. They are not sold or used to subscribe you to advertising. Hosting and email providers support the technical operation of the service.

Retention

The website does not create a customer file or booking database. Your request is received in the bar’s mailbox and retained while your request and any related follow-up are handled. You can ask the bar to delete it, subject to applicable obligations.

The form’s technical protection temporarily uses a fingerprint of your IP address without storing the plain IP address in the rate-limit file. This information is purged after 24 hours on the next request.

Cookies and external services

No advertising or third-party audience measurement tools load by default. A necessary session cookie protects the form and expires when the browser session ends.

The Google map loads only after you click. Google may then receive connection information and apply its own privacy rules. Facebook, Google and WhatsApp links take you to external services.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information and, where the conditions apply, restriction or portability. Write to contact@tu-casita.fr.
